Lendlease Class Action Settlement

What Happened

A class action has been filed against Lendlease Group in the Supreme Court of New South Wales. The case alleges that Lendlease misled shareholders and failed to adequately disclose ongoing problems with its Engineering and Services Business, which allegedly caused investors to suffer losses when issues were announced to the market on 9 November 2018.

Who May Be Eligible

You may be eligible if you:

• Purchased or acquired Lendlease ordinary shares (ASX:LLC) or American Depositary Receipts (ADRs) (LLESY) between 17 October 2017 and 8 November 2018 (inclusive)
• Are not a related party, related body corporate, associated entity, officer or close associate of Lendlease
• Are not an excluded judge

How Much Could You Receive

The potential settlement amount has not been disclosed at this time. Any compensation amount will depend on various factors including the number of participants and individual circumstances. There are no guarantees regarding potential payments.

How to Claim

Important: The formal registration deadline has passed (3 October 2025). However, you can still register your interest:

1. Complete the interest registration form with your details
2. Keep records of your Lendlease share purchases during the relevant period
